Who these terms are with
These terms are the agreement between you and the company that operates Exomoni. Read them before you deposit anything.
Exomoni is operated by RUPEXO PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 199700383G), a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914.
In this document we, us and Exomoni mean that company. You means the person who holds the account. By creating an account, or by using the platform at exomoni.com, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. An account is personal to you. Do not open one on behalf of somebody else, and do not let anybody else use yours.
What the service is, and what it is not
Exomoni does exactly one thing: it buys USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network from you and pays you Indian rupees into an Indian bank account you nominate. It also lets you send USDT you hold with us back out to a TRC-20 address of your choosing.
The following are not part of the service, and no part of this agreement implies otherwise:
- We do not sell you USDT. The exchange runs in one direction only. There is no rupee-to-USDT path and no rupee balance on the platform.
- We do not hold rupees for you. Rupees move from our own banking to your bank account against a bank reference (a UTR). There is no INR wallet, and no rupee balance ever accrues to you here.
- We do not offer investment, tax or financial advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything.
- We do not support any token other than USDT on TRC-20. Sending any other asset, or USDT on any other network, to our address is dealt with under §5.
- We do not operate a futures, margin or derivatives product.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service. Where a change affects money you have already committed, §7 governs what happens to it.
Your account and your credentials
You register with a name, an email address and a phone number, and you verify the email with a one-time code. Your email address is your identity on the platform and cannot be changed — it is your sign-in, the destination for one-time codes, and the only way to recover the account.
Money actions are additionally protected by a six-digit transaction PIN that you set. You are responsible for keeping your password, your PIN, your email mailbox and your devices secure. We are not able to reverse a transfer that was authorised with your credentials.
We do not ask you for identity documents. Exomoni does not operate a KYC programme and does not collect passports, identity cards, selfies or proof of address. What we do hold is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, where it is being used to defraud us or another user, or where we are required to act. Where we suspend an account we will tell you at the address on file unless we are prevented from doing so.
Depositing USDT
To deposit, you ask the platform for a deposit instruction. It gives you our master TRC-20 address, an exact amount to send, and a window in which to send it. The amount is made unique to you down to its final decimal places — that is how an incoming transfer is matched to your account without asking you to prove anything.
Three things follow from that mechanism, and they are your responsibility:
- Send the exact amount shown. A different amount may not match automatically and will have to be traced by hand.
- Send inside the window. The window length is shown on the deposit screen and is set by us; it can change.
- Send USDT on TRC-20, and nothing else.
Your balance is credited only once the transfer is confirmed on the Tron blockchain and matched. We credit against chain-verified facts only — a screenshot, a transaction hash you paste, or an assurance that you have sent something is not a deposit and will not credit an account.
Minimum deposit amounts and the window length are shown on the deposit screen at the time you deposit.
In practice
If you send the wrong amount, the wrong token, or send after the window closes, your money is not lost — but it stops being automatic. It goes into a queue for a human to identify and assign, which takes time. Write to info@exomoni.com with the transaction hash and we will look for it.
Transfers we cannot match
A transfer that reaches our address but cannot be matched to an open deposit instruction is held and queued for manual review. We will make reasonable efforts to identify the sender and credit the correct account.
We cannot recover an asset the platform does not support, and we cannot recover a transfer sent to an address that is not ours. Blockchain transfers are irreversible and we have no ability to reverse one. If you send a token other than USDT, or use a network other than TRC-20, treat that transfer as lost.
Where a transfer is credited to an account in error, or where a credit is later found to be fraudulent or reversed at source, we may reverse the credit. Where that leaves an account with a negative balance, the shortfall is a debt owed to us.
Selling USDT for rupees
You sell by choosing a rate plan, entering an amount within that plan’s limits, and selecting one of your saved bank accounts. Each plan has its own rate in rupees per USDT and its own minimum and maximum. The plans, their rates and their limits are shown on the exchange screen and are set by us; we may add, change, feature or withdraw a plan at any time.
The rate is fixed at the moment you submit the order, at the figure you were shown. If the rate changes between the screen loading and you submitting, the order is refused rather than booked at a different number, and you are shown the new rate to accept or decline. A later rate change never moves an order that is already open.
When you submit an order, the USDT it covers is locked. It stays yours and stays in your total balance, but it cannot be spent or withdrawn while the order is open. Your balance is always total = available + processing, and the locked amount is the processing part.
An order then moves through these states:
- Submitted — received, funds locked. You may delete it yourself at this stage and the funds unlock immediately.
- Processing — we are paying you. Rupees may arrive in more than one transfer; each one is recorded against the order with its own bank reference.
- Completed — the rupees have been sent and the USDT is settled to us.
- Rejected — we did not complete the order. The locked USDT is released back to your available balance and a reason is recorded.
We aim to settle promptly but do not guarantee a settlement time. Payment reaches your bank through the Indian banking system and is subject to its hours, limits and outages.
In practice
Once you submit, the rate is yours and cannot move against you. What is not guaranteed is the clock — bank downtime, a holiday weekend or a query on your account details can all delay the rupees. Your USDT is locked until the order closes one way or the other.
Your bank details are yours to get right
You add and maintain your own bank accounts on the platform: account number, IFSC and the account holder’s name. We pay the account you selected on the order.
We are not responsible for a payment sent to an account you entered incorrectly. Once a rupee payment has been made to the details on the order, recovery depends entirely on the receiving bank and the person who received it, and may not be possible. Check the details before you submit.
A bank account that is attached to an open order is locked and cannot be removed until that order closes. This is normal, and the platform tells you which order is holding it.
We may decline to pay an account whose holder name does not correspond to the account holder, or where the receiving bank rejects the transfer. In that case the order is rejected and your USDT is released.
Withdrawing USDT
You may send USDT held in your available balance to a TRC-20 address you have saved. A withdrawal costs a fee, which may be a flat amount, a percentage, or both. There is also a minimum withdrawal amount.
The fee and the exact amount that will arrive are shown before you confirm, and the figure you confirmed is the figure you are charged. If the fee changes between the preview and your confirmation, the withdrawal is refused and you are asked again against the new figure. Current fees and minimums are shown on the withdrawal screen.
Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent and are not instant. As with an order, the amount is locked while the withdrawal is open, and released if it is rejected.
The destination address is yours to get right. We send to the address on the withdrawal. A transfer to a mistyped, wrong-network or third-party address is irreversible and cannot be recovered by us. The platform checks that an address is well-formed; it cannot check that it is yours.
In practice
Nothing about a blockchain transfer can be undone. Check the address, and consider sending a small amount first the first time you use a new one.
Corrections, reversals and closing an order
Records on the platform are auditable and corrections are recorded rather than hidden. We may, where there is a genuine reason:
- correct a bank reference or an amount recorded against a completed order;
- reopen an order where a rupee payment was reversed or failed to arrive;
- reverse a deposit credit that was made in error or was itself reversed;
- adjust a balance to correct a demonstrable error.
Every one of those actions is recorded with the person who made it, the reason, and the before and after values, and you are notified when one affects your account. We do not make silent adjustments to balances.
We may pause the platform for maintenance. While it is paused you may not sign in or start a new deposit, order or withdrawal; anything already in flight continues to be worked, and deposits already sent on chain are still credited.
What you must not do
You agree not to use Exomoni:
- with money that is the proceeds of crime, or to launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions;
- on behalf of somebody else while presenting the account as your own;
- to defraud us or another user, including by disputing a payment you received or claiming a deposit you did not make;
- to attack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or to access an account or an area of the platform that is not yours;
- in any way that breaks the law that applies to you, including the law of the country you are in.
You are responsible for whether using this service is lawful where you live, and for any tax you owe on what you do here. We do not give tax advice and we do not withhold or report tax on your behalf.
Our regulatory position, stated plainly
Exomoni is not a bank, and is not a licensed or regulated financial institution, payment institution or money-services business. USDT held in your balance is not a bank deposit. It is not covered by any deposit insurance, investor compensation or protection scheme in any country.
If we become obliged to register or hold a licence in a jurisdiction where we operate, and we do so, we will say so here. Until this document says otherwise, assume we hold none.
You should read this section together with the Disclaimer, which sets out the risks of holding and moving cryptocurrency.
Our liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control — including blockchain congestion or failure, bank downtime, internet or hosting outages, or an act of a government or regulator.
We are not liable for:
- a transfer you sent to the wrong address, network or amount;
- rupees paid to bank details you entered incorrectly;
- loss of your password, PIN, email account or device, or their misuse by somebody you allowed access;
- a change in the market value of any cryptocurrency, at any time, for any reason;
- loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Where we are liable to you, our total liability for all claims connected to your use of the platform is limited to the total fees we earned from you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Closing your account
You may ask us to close and delete your account at any time, provided you have no open orders, no open withdrawals and no remaining balance. Withdraw or sell what you hold first.
Deletion erases your records, including your transaction history. It is not reversible and we cannot reconstruct an account afterwards. If you want a copy of your records, ask for it before you ask us to delete. What survives deletion, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may close an account for the reasons in §3 or §10. Where we do, and a balance remains, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows when the current version took effect, and material changes will be notified to you in the platform or by email.
Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, close your account under §12.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the platform, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
Talk to us first. Before either of us starts a legal claim, write to info@exomoni.com setting out the problem and what you want done about it. We will acknowledge within five business days and try in good faith to resolve it with you. Most disputes about a payment turn out to be a bank reference we can trace.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay by us in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
In practice
Being honest about what this means for you: our company is in Singapore, so a formal claim would be brought there, which is expensive from India for a small amount. That is exactly why the step above exists and why we commit to a real reply — for almost everything that goes wrong, support is the faster and cheaper route for both of us.
