What this page is for

Exomoni moves real money and real cryptocurrency. This page sets out, without softening it, what can go wrong and what we cannot fix.

It sits alongside the Terms and Conditions, which are the actual agreement between us. Where this page and the Terms cover the same ground, the Terms govern.

We are not a bank and we are not regulated

Exomoni is not a bank, and holds no financial services, payment services or money-services licence in any country. We are not supervised by a financial regulator.

Practically, that means:

  • USDT held in your Exomoni balance is not a bank deposit and is not covered by deposit insurance, an investor compensation scheme, or any government guarantee anywhere.
  • There is no financial ombudsman or regulator you can escalate a complaint to about us. The dispute route is the one in the Terms.
  • If Exomoni were to fail, become insolvent, or lose access to its wallet, there is no statutory scheme that would return your balance to you.

We say this plainly because the alternative — implying a licence or supervision that does not exist — would be worse than saying nothing at all.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We do not know your circumstances and we are not advising you on them.

You are responsible for your own tax. Selling cryptocurrency may be a taxable event where you live. We do not calculate, withhold, report or remit tax on your behalf, and we do not issue tax statements. If you are unsure, speak to a qualified adviser before you trade, not after.

You are responsible for whether using this service is lawful where you are. Rules on cryptocurrency differ by country and change. It is your decision and your risk.

Cryptocurrency risk

Cryptocurrency is volatile and can lose value quickly and permanently. Although USDT is designed to track the US dollar, that is a design intention, not a guarantee. Stablecoins have broken their peg before. We do not issue USDT, we do not control it, and we cannot guarantee its value or that it will remain redeemable.

The Tron network itself can be congested, halted, forked or attacked. Any of those can delay or prevent a deposit or a withdrawal, and none of them is within our control.

Past movements in any price shown or described on this site tell you nothing reliable about future movements.

The prices we show are real, and none of those coins is tradable here

Our home page, your dashboard and our crypto prices page show live prices for major cryptocurrencies, sourced from CoinGecko, a third-party market data aggregator. Each panel states the time it was last updated.

Those prices are context, not an offer. Exomoni buys one asset — USDT on the Tron network — and sells nothing at all. No coin shown on any price panel can be bought, sold, held, traded or borrowed on this platform, and we operate no futures, margin or derivatives product. Exomoni is not an exchange in the trading sense and is not a broker.

They are also not our price, and we do not warrant them. They come from a third party we do not control and cannot verify; they may be delayed, cached, stale or simply wrong, and we accept no liability for any decision made on them. They are quoted in USDT, converted at Tether’s own market price rather than assumed to be one dollar — but see §4 on why that peg is not guaranteed.

The only price that binds us is the rate on the plan you select when you sell, shown to you on the exchange screen and fixed onto your order the moment you submit it. That number comes from our own live configuration and nothing on any price panel changes it.

In practice

Read these prices the way you would read a newspaper’s price table — to know roughly what the market is doing. What you actually get paid is the plan rate on your order confirmation, in rupees, and no figure on a price panel affects it.

Transfers cannot be undone

A blockchain transfer is final. Neither we nor anyone else can reverse, cancel or recall one. This is a property of the network, not a policy of ours.

The consequences fall on the person who typed the details:

  • USDT withdrawn to a wrong or mistyped TRC-20 address is gone. The platform can check that an address is well-formed. It cannot check that it belongs to you.
  • A deposit sent on the wrong network, or in a token that is not USDT, is outside what we can recover.
  • Rupees paid to bank details you entered incorrectly depend entirely on the receiving bank and the person who received them. Recovery may be impossible.

Check the address. Check the account number. Consider a small test transfer first.

Availability and timing

We aim to keep the platform running and to settle orders promptly, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that any order or withdrawal will complete within a particular time.

Rupee payments travel through the Indian banking system and are subject to its hours, limits, holidays and outages. Deposits depend on the Tron network confirming a transfer. We also pause the platform for maintenance from time to time, and say so on screen when we do.

Delay is not the same as loss. An order that is taking longer than you expected is still an open order with your rate fixed on it — write to info@exomoni.com with the order reference and we will trace it.

Your side of security

We protect the platform, but a large part of your security is on your side of the screen. Your password, your six-digit transaction PIN and your email mailbox together control your money.

Exomoni staff will never ask you for your password, your transaction PIN or a one-time code. Anyone who does is trying to rob you, whatever they claim to be. We will never ask you to send USDT to a “verification”, “unlock” or “upgrade” address — every legitimate deposit goes to the address shown on your own deposit screen, inside your signed-in account.

We are not liable for losses arising from your credentials being used by somebody else, including where you were deceived into sharing them. If you think your account is compromised, change your password immediately and write to info@exomoni.com.

Third parties and outside links

The platform depends on services we do not control — the Tron network and its data providers, the banks that move rupees, our email provider, Telegram and our hosting provider. A failure at any of them can affect the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not endorsing it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
